- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (no missing buttons, tailored hems, or damage).
- Items must have all original tags, labels, and packaging still attached.
- Free from any signs of wear, including stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or distinct odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and custom-tailored apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.
